A Sustainable and user-led design

  1. Biodiversity
    All of the five roof terraces include blue roof attenuation with a further two roofs being dedicated biodiverse green roofs.

  2. Sustainable procurement
    A sustainable procurement plan with all timber FSC mix certified or full FSC and a 26% responsible sourcing certification scheme.

  3. Water saving
    A 50% reduction in potable water consumption vs BRE and mains leak detection and sanitary supply shut off.

  4. Openable windows
    Southern facade has two openable windows per bay as well as doors opening out onto the balconies and terraces.

  5. Cycle & changing facilities
    Extensive dedicated facilities for cyclists including:

    PV panels on the roof, a building with passive design solutions to reduce energy demands and CO2 emissions.
